New messaging system sends messages by e-mail one line at a time

With the 'new message experience' buyer questions are being sent to my e-mail inbox one line at a time.

Looks like the eBay app people use on their phone will send the message when they hit the 'Enter' key instead of putting a line break so they can continue typing.

Basically instead of one message with 10 phrases, i am getting 10 messages 1 phrase each.

Any way to combine these on the app's end?

I think that the system must may work similar to the Messenger app on F. Book.

I use a computer, and if I type a sentence, there is no "key" to give a line break.  If I hit enter, it will send the message.  However, if I hold down the shift key and hit enter it will leave a blank line and I can continue typing the message without sending it until I am finished.

My iPad has a "return" key, that makes the line break on Messenger.  In the forums here the "enter" key on my keyboard by itself will function as a return (makes a line break) key.

Now if someone is sending you one line at a time "does not put in a line break" and simply hits the enter key that sends you an EMAIL,   I don't think there is a way for YOU to combine all the emails into one before reading them.

Now I did have a friend that would text on a phone ONE LINE AT A TIME (type one sentence and send repeatedly).  It was sort of annoying, so I just waited for the device to stop "dinging" before I even picked it up to look.

Without seeing the format I could not tell you exactly what is happening...may be a person using a regular computer keyboard with no return key or a serial sentence sender???? LOL.

Is this happening with all users or was it just one user?

Since I haven't heard of this issue before my first thought is that it's something the sender is doing wrong.
