Hello all, hope everyone is having a good week!

I wanted to see if anyone else is having this same issue I have been having now for about a week.

No matter what computer I use and what browser I use, none of my new listings I have created this past week; on eBay, will show anything in the description field, it's just blank!

This has been going on now since July 27th 2022, I have contacted eBay 3 times and all I'm told is customer service can not do anything other than send a message to tech support, and as of today August 3rd 2022, It's still happening and nobody from eBay has bothered to contact me about this issue. I'm currently waiting for them to call me back now, so I can report it again, because I just listed two more items and both the description field is blank.

I have been listing items on other platforms with no issue during this time, so it's a eBay issue.

Good thing about all this is it's given me more time to list all the new items on other sites. I have been building my inventory for the winter, so I have to get it listed somewhere!

Seeing how I'm not getting anywhere with eBay, just wanted to see if anyone else has this issue.

Hi Bobby, I just randomly viewed 10 of your newest listings and the descriptions

look good to me so I am not seeing what you are seeing. Try logging out of your

seller account, clear your internet history and cookies. Then go back on eBay

without logging in so eBay doesn't know your are the seller and view your listings

and see if it is still happening to you.

If it is still happening after that try and give us a link or item number so we are

looking at the same listing.

Thanks for checking, many of the listings I was able to fix, due to eBay finally told me to use incognito function in google to list my items, apparently this is eBay answer to this issue, because the problem still exists to this day! Now, when I list my items, the listing will show the description. As of September 27th 2022 this issue has still not been fixed by eBay, and now I just found out I still have several listings without descriptions, only thanks to chapeau-noir, leaving a comment above letting me know some listings still do not have description.

With all the problems we have been having this year with eBay, and are still having, especially in printing shipping labels, has pushed me to finally decide to get started building a new website to sell many of my items on. I had a website for years with another business, but after selling that business I just never felt the need to do another website, due to the fact I do not carry no wear near the amount of items I used to.

Thanks for checking, and bringing these listings to my attention. I see now I missed some listings. It's just sad that eBay seems to careless about these issues, these days!

I guess I'm thankful for the issues, due to all these issues with eBay this year and their lack of customer support, has pushed me to start developing my own website to sell on. Online companies and well as local brick and mortar businesses have gotten so much more lazy and lacking basic customer service skills since the **bleep** covid lock-down. I guess this was the excuse these companies needed to sell at higher profits, and offer less service!
