I absolutely HATE the new listing format. It's HORRIBLE!! Turns a 5 min listing into a 25 min listing. Please eBay, just stop.....

I completely agree. Its faster to type it the old way than to wait for the New TABS to load.
No Likey!

Make sure to leave feedback to ebay about the new tool each time you list something.
All feedbacks will go to the team that developed the new tool.

I started using it when it come out and it does get easier to use.
They've made some changes, which makes it better now.

Too much clicking. Too much scrolling.. and my biggest issue is that in order to add HTML code in your description you have to go through some convoluted process of selecting other options.. then confirming you don't want to sit there and type the description in manually and waste more time.. and then clicking the box for html code.. and then clicking it off to review..
I use PHP locally to create my description through a form, which also plugs my items into a local database which tracks cost, expected value, sold value, etc. as well as punching out the HTML code to insert.. but now more steps..

Oh no, that spells doom for my nascent selling activity, as it takes me 25 minutes to do a listing in the old format.
I usually need to review and edit at least three times before I get everything right, as I keep missing errors and omit important item specifics.
Maybe I was being a bit too optimistic to imagine I would be able to list my entire inventory of several thousand items by the end of the year...

I also forgot that the buy now listings are defaulting to pay whenever or if you feel like it instead of require immediate payment, so there's an extra step since I don't feel like running a layaway program or tying up my inventory with non-serious buyers.
Also the suggested shipping. Just listed a product that was in the catalog.. It weighs 13.5 ounces.. and needs boxed.. So I have to remove the suggesting shipping which believes that boxes are 2 ounces.. and add priority mail.

They have? Aside from video, name one.
