New batch told to post on the boards to boost sales?

I'm seeing so many random short posts without questions or issues to discuss. I guess there is a brand new batch of new eBay hopefuls that have been told to post on the boards to boost sales or boost their reputation selling.

Happy New Year.  It seems to be happening more and more.  I believe it's referred to as "click bait." For instance...

I can't see my sales and it's been over 24 hours

My sales are slow...

Please view my shop and see if I've done everything correctly

On and on.

The interesting thing is that many of these posters created their ID on December 5 or December 6 but posted nothing until they posted these short strange posts.

Maybe that is when the class started.

When those started, I posted here asking if that was maybe a class assignment for the eBay Academy.
