As a seller, glad to see the feature to add a video to my listings. Unfortunately, I’ve used it several times now and each time the video uploads as black and white and not color. Any one else having this issue?
@ripplemaker2020 Haven't added a video in a little while, but no, I never had that happen when I did add videos. Are you seeing other (non-ebay) videos in black and white as well? What file type did you use?
