Recently eBay made major changes to how listing are listed for the seller. Your previous system was extremely easy to use and provided all the information in one or two screens for something I listed. Your new system has the information scattered over many different screens. I find it very hard to find what I need and keep track of what I am selling. One time you system ask me to "realist several items" I though the listing must of ended and prelisted them. I discovered, days later, that I now had the same item listed twice. NOT GOOD!!!
Now I keep receiving messages on how to improve my listings. I never need any help before you changed how my listing were.
Last year I ran into a good deal to sell a larger number on model airplane engines and other related items. From March until around August I sold over $14,000 worth. I even became a Power Seller. After you totally changed your system I found it so hard and time consuming I have hardly listed anything. It is a real "bummer" because I had another friend want me to sell his model airplane engines and other related items. I felt really bad that I had to turn him down.
Your new system does provided a lot of accounting information. This must be great for big business sellers BUT for the average person they do not want, need or care about this.
I worked for IBM from 1966 until 2002 in many capacities. Over those years I did almost everything related to computers and computer systems. I doubt that you will take me up on this but. I would be willing to speak with someone for eBay on how I was able to become a Power Seller and keep track of over 350 individual sales all by me self with you old system. Could never do it again with all you changes.
