Hello,

I have had problems in the app when printing labels. Before I get a lecture to be more diligent and make sure I do everything perfectly, no one is perfect.

But I'd like to think a computer could figure this out. Apparently not.

So my problem is this. I have had times where I need to void a label and print a new one because of weight not saving or dimensions. Once, I made a mistake and sent the wrong packages to another customer. Switched labels. Believe me, I learned on that to change the way I do things so family doesn't pull me away again and I make that mistake again.

So after voiding a label, buying a new label, checking the new label is different, when I save the new one and go print it, it prints the old label that was voided, or, it prints the label with the tracking number already delivered, so it can't be tracked for the second delivery.

I've deleted the old label from my computer and/or phone. So this is an Ebay svae/order/printing issue that I don't know how to fix on my end without being a perfect person. Well, that ain't happening. I rarely make mistakes ,but when I do, I can't get it to work right afterwards.

My rating has taken a hit lately because of errors that I'm not making.

Suggestions?

I've had to void labels and never had this problem.

It might be easier for you in the long run to simply open a free Pirate Ship account and print the second label there.

You can integrate it with your Ebay account and it will import the address info for you, (although in this scenario, since you've already printed a label, you might have to fill in the shipping info yourself. Then you can copy and paste the tracking number into the Ebay sales record.)

That way, there wouldn't be any doubt.

Thank you for your help. This is very frustrating to deal with. Mainly because I can see in the label section when I choose manage shipping, that it shows the new label that is correct, but I don't understand why the new label is not what is the one printed. A voided label should not be in the system for one, and secondly, even after deleting the old one from my folder that I save all my labels in, the old one is what is saved somehow. Especially when I enter the proper dimensions and weight, then go to save the label, the information is changed to something that I never entered in the first place.

The shipping discounts through Ebay make a difference in the final amount since I usually charge the customer half of the cost of shipping and I eat thee rest. Going through another service, I don't want to lose that extra few dollars since I am selling things for a discounted price in the first place.
