New Packing Slip

The newly designed packing slip forces me to use an additional sheet of paper.  Is there anyway I can get the old one back?  Also, the software is showing packages that need to be shipped days after the packages have  been shipped.  Most of the changes are not improvements.  Help!!!!

There's a whole thread here discussing this awful new 'feature' that was foisted upon us with no warning & is 

forcing us to change our entire process 😞  As it stands, they seem to have taken away the old, good packing slip & we're stuck with the huge one for now.

As for the Shipment Count, is that on the App?  I've been seeing it on the app (Android) for about a week.  It's fine on the Desktop though.   I keep being told on the app that I have 9 or 10 pkgs to ship, so I get excited LOL.  They are all shipped, most of them a week ago & yet it still is telling me that.   Is that what you're referring to?  Or are you seeing it on the Desktop version?

Mine still prints out on a single sheet of paper.  Save for the QR code it's a lot like the packing slip we had before this past one (I guess two iterations ago counting this one).  If the frame has changed, you might want to check your printer settings.

Hello. I did not notice any packing slip changes on my end - not yet anyway. Can you turn the paper over and print the rest of the packing slip on the back of the page? I did notice that, for about a week after shipping with tracking, the little icon on my desktop computer kept showing that I needed to mail out that item. I think it stopped doing this about when tracking showed it was delivered.

When the window comes up deselect Packing slip from the top and select Pick List at the bottom.  It's the closet semblance to the old version and will fit on the other half of the label page.

Do you really need to include a packing slip? It is not required by eBay. I never include a packing slip. Too costly and time consuming. Never had a complaint in 5000 sales.

I print a packing slip on the other side of the label so I know what item it goes with.

Can you turn the paper over and print the rest of the packing slip on the back of the page?

That is what I used to do. Print my label, and "online label record", and flip the sheet to print a small packing slip using the rest of the sheet of paper.  Now with the "new & improved" (elimination of the brief slip) LARGE , includes lots of info, packing slip that is more like a sales receipt, it's too big to do that. Bunch of info that does not need to be on a packing slip that is just there so the buyer can match up the item received with what they ordered, and for the rare possibility that USPS may need the info if the label is somehow damaged.

It's the same one that was always available. They have just eliminated the small/ brief one.
