New Newsletter feature

I called ebay when I saw the announcement. They can not find the option on the seller hub either. Has anyone figured out how to use this?

Seller Hub>Seller Tools>Manage Store>Marketing Tools>Email Marketing, click "Create Newsletter"

I just created a Welcome to My Store newsletter. Easy peasy (although I'll probably modify it later). I get the impression they'll be adding more features as time goes on....right now it's very basic.

Just did the other one too. As I said, this is very basic, not really a lot of customization , but hopefully they'll be adding more features. The good thing is, it took only a couple minutes to do.
