I have tried getting verified on my account. I finally received the email that I was verified and now today I receive one telling me to verify again. I keep trying but is there anyone you can contact? Everything says closed on phone or chat.

You have to request that call back early in the morning, they have been closing the queue and about 9:30am because of the volume. They open at 5am Pacific time.  Try early and often, and repeat tomorrow, and so on......
