Our account was recently forced into eBay's new seller hub (unfortunately) and everything is different. We're slowly attempting to figure it all out but I have noticed a critical issue with the Manage Active Lisitings page - specifically with Second Chance Offers. We send Second Chance Offers all the time, but now they do not display with Active listings - even if we filter the results to show "All formats." They ONLY show if we filter results to "Second Chance Offers" and the additional kicker is the search field must be empty. For example, I searched our active listings for a brand of wristwatch that I know I sent a Second Chance Offer for yesterday afternoon. When it didn't show, I tried filtering the results from "All formats" to "Second Chance Offer" but still no results. I removed my keyword (that was not misspelled, had no spaces, etc.) and there was the active Second Chance Offer. Tried again with the brand name in the search field and the results came up empty again.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this, and does anyone have any suggestions?
