I am working on a new listing in the Home & Garden category (Christmas Ornaments), making my way through all the new item specifics, when I came to this one I just had to laugh. Think I should choose Unisex Adult?
I just do not know anymore. I guess because I thought that would describe an article of clothing not a Christmas ornament. Do buyers really shop for Christmas ornaments like this?

Please...do not tell me it is already this bad? I keep emailing my 3rd Party program geek to ask how come he hasn't upgraded the program as there are more and more threads that the Specifics have changed. I feel for you...can't wait to see how they have screwed up Clothing, and Clothing IS are currently worse than ever even before these new changes.

There is a very good chance that eBay will pull your listings if you use their guidelines to list. They recently wiped out a whole sub-category that I have used for over 15 years and now I don't know how to list items I bought for that specific. Even if I were to list them it would confuse my buyers and I could easily get a few negatives or SNAD's.
It almost seems like they have gotten rid of the whole IT team or outsourced it to some place we have never heard of. This whole sitewide glitch is getting scary.

Yes, it is already this bad.
I like this one, too. Disposable Christmas ornaments? I guess one could just throw the whole tree, ornaments and all, away every year. Might be the perfect solution for those that have run out of storage space in the attic or basement.

By the way, your first screenshot related obviously ot clothing? I sure wish they had something like that in the Clothing category, never have seen that in my lifetime here...lolololol. Oh, I love your ornaments and would never throw them away lolol.

We are all running out of storage space!!! I have every nook and cranny in my house, carport, and both porches filled with eBay inventory that isn't selling. How I long for the good old days when things actually had a chance of selling!!!!!

Why do you want to put handmade Christmas ornaments in the Home & Garden category?

I am moving most of my ornaments into variation listings. From experience, the best sell through occurs in these categories, in this order:
Collectibles (have not found a sub category that supports variation listings)
Home & Garden (supports variation listings)
Crafts (supports variation listings)
I am trying to spread my listings out across all three categories right now until I can establish some new sell through numbers to go by. Maybe this is not the best way to try to figure out where my listings belong and sell best?

Did they move the "REFURBISHED" Disposable Diapers into Christmas Ornaments?

Yes, buyers do shop for ornaments that way. I shop for "boys" ornaments for my Grandsons every year!
If you do not mind, just curious, if you shop on eBay what do you use for search keywords?

Interesting. I do understand collectibles, just not Home & Garden. This is something I haven't researched, but make sure you are adhering to the guidelines / rules for selecting a category.

ummmm i dunno? does unisex mean:
-- it fits both sexes?
or
-- both sexes are now ONE sex?
and what does this mean for clothing manufacturers? do they now have to change their patterns to add in appropriate space in garments for both sexes?
