I am selling a item.
I got two bids on it. I noticed the higher priority bidder has just joined Ebay and is in Mexico.
I do not want to ship to Mexico, i can only ship in my country.
Can i cancel their bid? What do you guys think?

You can cancel a bid for any reason.

That's what i found out going through the process.
I think i am going to do that because i don't want to go through handling International Shipping when i am just learning the ropes.
I think from now on, i should make sure my listing states that I can only ship to people in my Country.
