My questions as well whenever I run across that stat. It's always stated as irrefutable truth with no details or explanation. I've tried to chase it down, read and interpret for myself but haven't found any info anywhere. After using the new form for about a month now, I hate it less but am a long way from preferring it. The photo editing tools are abysmal for one, I'd agree to use the new listing form without complaint if I could still access the old photo ed.
