Well....scratch everything I just wrote. This is the second time now my issue resolved itself at the same time I was reaching out for some advice and/or assistance.  ☺️

Best thing is:

Give us the item number so others can 'see' if we can view it

2- there is NO ONE to call. Ebay has BILLIONS of listings and does not have the ability to look at/worry about 1 listing. Yes, there are avenues for more serious issues, or you can just use the phone reps (have them call you back) and you will get assurances of tickets and elevations and resets and a bunch of other things that will NEVER happen,.

Thank for the answer... and now I know what to do if it happens again.
Thankfully my issue resolved itself so I scratched my post.... but maybe I shouldn't have done that for the next person who encounters the same problem. Too late now, but a lesson for me going forward.
