I received a message from a buyer of a Bible saying that he couldn’t read the text because he needed larger type. I replied and told him that I was sending a full refund and he could keep the Bible. Now he has given me neutral feedback stating the type was too small. Type size was never discussed at any point. I even gave him a discounted price because he was a veteran. I messaged him and requested that he remove the feedback. No response. This is aggravating. Can somebody please help me with this?

Hah, impressively relevant to the situation! I love it!
@pickyourbargainI would either respond super professionally and neutrally, or not respond at all. It may be worth filing for a feedback removal via the Help & Contact link at the top of the page, but don't hold your breath. It's hit or miss whether they'll remove it (but I have had two removed that way recently, both neutrals, because they were about eBay's policies and not us).

You need to tell him to get a magnifying glass and read the parts of the bibles where it says to not harm others and to be kind. Make sure that you block this buyer.

Maybe he's got a plank stuck in his eye.
