Hello,
As I said I have received neutral feedback from buyer, I want to resolve the issue and I have sent him few friendly messages with offer to resend or refund, but he didnt respond at all.
Today I noticed something very odd. When I click on his username "#1.exe", in messages I have sent him Im redirected to someone else which username is just: #1!? First person is from Czech Republic and second is from United states. They have different FB profiles.
To make everything even crazier both customers are members from same date (13-Dec-11)
What is happening here, can someone help?

I'm not sure what happened either, but based on those user names, I'd probably just let it go.

Im afraid that my buyer (#1.exe - wich is from Czech Republic) didnt received my messages because some Ebay messages bug/glitch. Maybe my messages instead of him was (due to some error) sent to other Ebay member with similar user name (#1 - which is based in United State).
Maybe #1.exe would cooperate in resolving neutral feedback issue but he just didnt received my messages...
