Gave a refund immediatly after receiving a complaint on an item. Here to find that the item was correct. I still got a Negative because the buyer said I didnt send her another item. But she never gave me any proof that the item was incorrect. Didnt open up a return. I think if a refund is gave immediatly that shouldnt happen.

Matters what the refund is. I always try to make a refund easy for my customers. Give them a free item or a discount.

Yeah that is not my logic or the scenario I was givin. I dont ever cancel a order. She received the correct item. Just didnt like it. Was rude in her emails. I knew she was out to fry me from the first message.

I have been selling on here for awhile. And of course I have left a negative for an item that was broke and a unresponsive seller.

well what was the complaint..what did it say? You refunded because? you didn't follow the policy...return for refund...or you ask and know why you're refunding.... sounds a bit fishy on both ends here...
NEXT TIME: " sorry to hear...return for refund"...when they follow the procedure you get it back...they get refund...and dings and negative fweedback whatever..but YOU will know why you refunded them....IF they haven't run off hoping y'd refund without wanting it back.

The complaint was she just didnt like them. But at first she said it was not the correct item. Then she took a picture of an Item I dont even sell and posted that saying I sent that to her. I had no protection for this.

You said the buyer was out to fry you from the first message? And at first she said it was not the correct item and later that she just didn't like it? Took a pic of an item you don't even sell? Something doesn't add up here. Do you think there's a possibility she may have purchased multiple similar items, and confused you with another seller?
It's happened to me a few times in the past, where a buyer confused me with another seller. In one instance, a guy called to ask about a warranty on an item that he insisted he bought from us -- yet it was an item that we don't even carry. I did some research, and discovered he did buy a similar item from us, but it wasn't the item he was having a problem with. It finally it dawned on him that he bought the defective item from another seller. He still had the packaging for all related items he purchased, so he erroneously assumed that item he wanted to warranty came from us. The buyer apologized for the misunderstanding, and everyone was happy.
If you're 100% certain you sent the right item, and your buyer was talking about an item that you don't even sell, the first thing I would have done is ask her for more details/clarification - just in case she might have contacted you by mistake. I see the buyer has a low feedback score (11) - can you tell whether all her feedbacks received fall within the past 30 days?

buyersSELLERS about the same problems. I was taught that by other sellers. We have 0 protection. And it is the way of knowing how many times a buyer has pulled a fast one. Obviously you are not a high volume seller.
The "warnings" in negs were driving buyers from the site, thus not a good idea. You are assuming a pattern of bad behavior when that just may not be happening, and that may also be your interpretation. If you have ever returned an item for SNAD, only to have the seller claim it was not his item, when it absolutely was, you might feel differently.
Report the buyers as necessary~knowing how many times a buyer has done this won't help anyone as Ebay decides when to take action, that is out of your hands.
Ebay took away negs for buyers in 2008 because of it was being used irresponsibly by sellers who posted false/retaliatory revenge feedback in response to an honest neg left by the buyer; it was driving away buyers so Ebay eliminated it ten years ago.

I'm so sorry this happened to you.

It is possible the buyer has this OP confused with another seller. Perhaps clarification was needed.
