You need to ditch those AI generated descriptions. They are boyond horrible. They make NO mention of any faults/wear/defects. AI descriptions are nothing but fluff.

Late back to this party, but I see that you've added a reply to the neg... "Please request a return for a full refund."
^^^ That will look better to potential buyers, but this buyer might not even see your FB reply. If you get no Return request, you might consider a message to the buyer with your offer of a Return/refund. If the item won't sell, you might even consider a full refund without a return... heck, that'd save you some postage anyway. After all that... you may have luck with a Feedback Revision. 🤔

Based on the condition of the wetsuit, I'd give the buyer a full refund.
After issuing the refund, I'd then send a message to the buyer letting her know I refunded and I'd apologize for not adequately and accurately describing and photographing it. Based on her response, you can ask if she'd consider a feedback revision if you sent a request. (Don't send the request unsolicited. You don't want to waste the few available requests.)
