Buyer left me negative calling shoes fake after they passed authentication. Can I have this removed? Thank you

Looks like eBay removed the actual comment but left the negative feedback rating. Wasn't that kind of them? (Sarcasm, BTW.)
Make sure you place that buyer's member id on your Blocked Buyer's List.
P.S. In my opinion, I would not reply to that negative feedback. It will only draw attention to it. Others may advise differently.

I'm glad they removed the comment, but I would still fight to have the negative removed.
I think that if you get the right CS agent and can prove that the shoes passed authenticity,
you should be able to get that negative removed. Good luck.

You should call customer service again and ask the negative rating to be removed. Below is quoted from the sneaker authenticity program FAQ:
What automated protections does eBay have for sellers?
We have automated protections for sellers who send their item to the authentication center within their stated handling time. Once the item is inspected and has been forwarded to your buyer, you are fully protected against any negative or neutral feedback.

I would reach out to e-Bay CS on social media and send them a private message letting them know the entire NEG was supposed to be removed as the item passed the authentication process with e-Bay.
