Hello Everyone,
I sold a problematic product.
I received 3 negative feedbacks about this product.
I deleted his list, all buyers will get a full refund.
What can I do to delete the negative feedback?
Buyers do not want to change them!
I'd be happy if someone could help me with that.

If you know the products were bad, then you should have refunded the buyers already. No wonder the buyers aren't happy about this.
The only way to get the negative feedbacks removed is if you can make the buyers happy, and then they may be willing to revise them (but they are not required to revise).

There is nothing you can do to remove the feedbacks. You promised something, and delivered another. Even worse, you delivered a very cheap plastic knockoff instead. Just imagine how you would feel if you paid for something metal and got cheap plastic? The buyers are very angry and rightfully so. It is your fault, and you knew it when you sent them that they were not as described.

It's your business obivously, but you are playing with fire drop shipping from China. If you want to sell something from China, you need to find a manufacterer and order sample from them on each type of product you are selling. If the product is good, order it and ship it to the customer yourself. When it comes to eBay, I would not recommend drop shipping. If you continue on the path that you are on, you will quickly cut your eBay selling career very short.
