Negative feedback on an item cancel by customer and never shipped

A customer purchased two items and then canceled both. I refunded the funds immediately  I never shipped the items and they gave me negative feedback stating "Item is a cheaply made replica of original oem part..That is why I bought used as I thought I was getting original part..This item was not used at all. Don't Buy!".  

I entered a request via eBay but have not received an update.

Sorry for your situation.  It sounds like the buyer may have made a mistake.  It happens.  eBay isn't going to do anything for you.  You need to contact the buyer and politely ask for a feedback revision and hopefully that will get them to change their comment.  Here's a link that can be helpful:

The feedback you speak of appears to have been left some time ago because it falls under the past 6 months. It's a tad too late for revision or removal.
