Received our first Negative Feedback after 265 Positive.Buyer bought a pair of Adidas Up Wedge WOMENS Shoes the Wedge is 4cm and built into the Shoe between Heel Bottom and Insole so it is not visible. The buyer after receiving shoes said the Wedge piece was missing that should be 4 inches. After 10 messages back and forth and a spec sheet from Adidas explaining the shoes and how thier made and that there is NO separate wedge piece and would only refund the amount minus freight as she did not know what she was buying I would not refund freight there and back about $20 dollars total. I was then in her messages was called a scammer.EBay released my Money and also refunded her total purchase calling it a buyers remorse case ,though EBay did charge my account for the $10 shipping label back.I received a note in the return box with shoes again calling me a scammer. Then a day later received Negative Feedback and was called a Crook what did I steal Nothing but am having trouble getting EBay to remove it and I am furious over this Crook is a strong uncalled for comment.Any suggestions or comments on this transaction is her calling me a Crook in violation of any of EBay's feedback policies ?

Not the last time I looked, but they've messed up the search for the help pages making it less efficient.

OK, it's under Member to Member Contact:
"Not removable
These types of feedback comments aren't removed:

Unfortunately, the buyer's feedback is allowed. You can post a reply such as:
Item correctly described. Still, buyer was allowed to return for full refund.
If it's any comfort to you, the negative feedback looks bad but a response such as the one I suggested will lessen its damage. eBay currently does not count negative feedback against a seller, so there's only the optics of the red dot.

I had a strange situation where I just received my first negative feedback as well. I listed my item on another site and sold there. Literally as I’m removing item from eBay it gets purchased. I quickly message buyer not to send money the item is no longer available. He sends money anyway, so I immediately refund money. A day later he puts feedback all caps calling me a SCAMMER!! How did I scam him when I returned the money and tried to stop him from sending it in the first place?
so frustrated over this

Maybe not a scammer by definition, but you really messed with the buyer. What are they supposed to think? Listing the same item simultaneously on two different sites gets you results like this.

After 10 messages back and forth
You see this is where you went wrong.
10 messages? Seriously?
Repeat after me: Return for refund.
