Needing to know how buyer can mark items as received

Im new to this and I sold item and buyer has received it buy money is still holding until ebay knows its been received but im not sure how to do so

Good that it has been delivered but you need to be patient as a new seller because eBay will hold the funds for a while (21 days usually) even after delivery. You need to get a few more good, no problems sales before this will change.

As a new seller your funds are held until you've made 25 sales worth $250, and you've been selling for 90 days. Your funds will be released when tracking shows delivered, or in 21 days if there's no tracking and no disputes have been filed.

You sold a game account in the wrong category. I presume you emailed a password or access to your buyer. Digitally delivered goods are to be listed in the Clasified format >Everything else. But I'm pretty sure KLAB terms says you can't  sell or transfer ownership or share the pw.

It seems like that information is explained to new sellers before they begin selling on eBay.

May I suggest that you go back and re-read more information about selling since you may have missed other important facts also?

Normally MANAGED PAYMENTS takes about 5-7 days before money is deposited into your checking account.    Because you are a new seller money can be held for 21 days.   EBAY just wants to make sure you are a good seller and not running a scam.
