I am very sorry for your experience and am ill equipped to opine intelligently on any technical steps you might take to expedite the process of freeing up your funds. I might imagine that is extremely frustrating.
Upon reviewing some of your feedback, might I respectfully suggest a more measured approach to responding publicly to a valued customer and/or potential customer. Some of what I read cannot be helpful and would make any business organization less inclined to support you and more inclined to create distance.
Best of luck with your endeavors.

I'm guessing that ebay is concerned as to your source for all the baby formula you've sold.
Because it's a high-theft item, they want to see your receipts. (In many stores, they don't even have formula on the sales floor. They keep it behind the courtesy booth to minimize theft.)
And to be honest, I'm glad ebay is doing that!

This one still not resolve until now, those comments that we have was we received threats from buyer, during the formula shortage, due to eBay support was telling us to cancel order so our funds can be release ,we simply just followed the eBay support instructions on what we should do.Not only that angry customers that didn’t even order from us leave negative feedback. We even received a buyer from the cancel order saying they are going to pay us a visit because there order got cancel .and we reported this to eBay all they say is that block those buyers.

---------------------------------------------------
I do not think that non-customers can leave feedback.
More to the story than that.

@tohu_3891 It looks like you sold multiples of the same pricey “open box” power tool and for under-market prices. That pattern of repetitive sales can trigger internal alarms for the new consumer protection legislation that recently passed,
The law is called the INFORM Consumer Act and it imposes mandatory reviews on selling platforms like eBay to investigate certain high dollar sales or new high volume sellers. Venues must review such cases by law to crack down on possible questionable sales. It can include suspected stolen goods or counterfeits. This is not to say that you did anything nefarious. You may have just been unlucky to have been snagged in the dragnet.
If sellers can provide legitimate back-up documentation for their suppliers, along with invoices, bank statements, etc, then no harm no foul. But if the sellers cannot provide the proper support paperwork for their business dealings, such as proof of product procurement and the like, eBay and other selling platforms have no choice but to remove these sellers. It requires a lot of careful record-keeping on behalf of many sellers. Not all may have been able to provide adequate detailed administrations.

I sold 1 multiple and if they don't like the price it sold for maybe they could make there auctions do better I sold my personal tools that I needed because I was short on cash and I got robbed by a scamming company that refuses to send my property back and refuses to pay the money they have held way past the "up to 30 days the user agreement says" wait till they rob you.. I found reciepts for all except the 2 things my son bought me for my birthday and they were submitted and they they stole my money anyway I don't care that they don't want me to sell there I will never or buy but being robbed of money you were counting on to pay your mortgage by a billions of $s company so they can draw 5$ in interest should be a crime
