Had a buyer purchasing MK scarf from me some time ago. The whole transaction with shipping is about $40.
In a couple of hours after the scarf was shipped I got two messages from the buyer, two minutes apart. In one - she was asking to cancel the sale. In second, two minutes later - she was asking to ignore her request and please ship the scarf. I replied that that I could not have cancelled it anyways because the scarf was already shipped. The reply "thank you" was received from the buyer.
Once the scarf was received, the buyer opened a return request with "changed my mind" which I approved right away. Wait for it... wait for it... 15 minutes later she closed the return request with the note "never mind, I will keep it and give it as a present"
Now a week later, she sends me a message asking if she could please return it because she is in financial trouble.
How do I end this nightmare? Can she even open another case after closing the fist one on her own? What is the right thing to do here?

I'd just ignore her for now. She can still open a case with paypal. She has to pay return shipping if she opens a paypal case.
