Hello,

Can anyone help me with Ebay selling. I've sold an items (bundle video games) on Ebay, but the buyer hasn't paid me and the item I sold is not on my Ebay account anymore and there's no way to find the buyer name or order number.

Is there any easier way to contact Ebay support through email.

Hope someone can help me soon about this.

Sure there is. You have an email account tied to your Ebay account. Just look in there to find the messages about your sales.

I have to say when I saw your feedback my jaw just hit the floor. Its atrocious. If there are more details to your problem here it would help you to give us more detail because it sure looks like you will need it.
