Need help with EIS shipping

My buyer in Japan just bought 2 small jewelry items from me. I offer free shipping, so  no charge from me on shipping. She paid for each of them separately. I'm not able to combine the 2 items and ship in one small box.  It won't let me. What's up with that? Can I put them in one box, ship them and put the same tracking number on both items?  Any suggestions. I'll be shipping today.

If they were paid for separately they have to be shipped separately.
items can be shipped together with EIS only if they are put in the cart paid for at one time. If you want to save the buyer the cost of paying international shipping twice, you could  cancel the order and refund  and then put the two items in one listing so that the buyer can purchase it again.

EBay has started combining the shipping cost when buyers use the cart and pay at once but this just started recently and I’m not sure if the kinks are all worked out.  That’s why it may work better if in this case you put both items in one listing. That way the international shipping cost will definitely be combined and you can ship in one package.

Each individual sale is an individual transaction for customs needing it's own forms, it's all about the paperwork.  The only way to skirt this is to refund and cancel the 2 sales and make a single listing with both items.
