Is it a variation listing @laperlalady? eBay has variations set up in the worst way, with that info below item specifics instead of up top where it used to be. It's a horrible user experience. They leave a giant video option up top taking 1/2 the page, then you have to scroll down below item specifics to access your listing photos & variation photos.
If you're not using variations then we'd need more info or a screenshot of the issue.
