Need help resolving permanently suspended account - No response from eBay support

Hello eBay Community,

 

My account was recently suspended permanently.  I have reached out to eBay through normal channels but haven't received a clear explanation or resolution.

 

I’m not sure what triggered the suspension, and I’d really like to resolve it, Could a moderator or someone from eBay please assist or escalate this for review?

You will not receive a clear explanation. You received a general explanation which should be adequate for you to respond IF you know the Ebay policies which apply to all sellers. You do not receive a detailed explanation because Ebay does not trust sellers who have engaged in prohibited practices to provide a response which can be relied on, if they provide a clear explanation.

 

Responses to your messages to Ebay will take a long time and seem repetitive if you have not addressed the issue which caused your termination.

 

Many sellers do not invest the time in learning what Ebay expects of sellers and when they are banned for creating a danger to the buyers or the site still do not do their homework on what the rules are.

 

Many of the sellers who are banned are not dishonest, not unethical but are simply ignorant the rules and procedures. Others seek exceptions when there are none. Either you follow the rules or whatever the cause of the violation, you are gone.

 

Ebay has fewer rules than some other internet marketplaces. So finding a substitute for Ebay is often a difficult task.

So it looks like you've opened a new account today, that will be suspended too, as soon as it pops up on ebay's radar.   If your account was permanently  suspended, there's nowhere to go from here.

You're done.  I'm sorry, but that's ebay.

As a seller from Isreal, you may have BBE issues.

C'mon...in your best guess, why do you think it was permanently suspended?  You have to know more than you are telling us.   What did you do or not do, was your account associated with any others?

You're in Israel but were shipping from the US.  Was it drop shipping or were you buying items after your listing sold?  Ebay can tell the difference.  

 

"listing an item on eBay and then purchasing the item from another retailer or marketplace that ships directly to your customer is not allowed on eBay."

My guess is that you were fulfilling your orders by ordering on Amazon and using Amazon to dropship for you.

 

That is an action which is prohibited. It has a negative effect on the site, its buyers and its sellers. Product arrives in Amazon packaging, and the buyer knows that he has paid more than retail for the product.

 

There is no appeal. You are banned from Ebay for life.

That happens when you don't follow policies.

Dropshipping from Amazon is a policy violation.

Stating your item is located in Israel yet shipping departs from China is deceiving to buyers and ebay does not like you deceiving buyers. It is a policy violation. You can't just claim that is mistake because YOU are to one that inputs that exact information. 

 

You are not allowed to use Costco as a drop shipper. Another policy violation.

 

 Per the ebay user agreement.....Ebay retains the right to permanently suspend any account for any reason. They do not owe you any explanation.
