The title really says it all. I need a processer that is cheap or something that eBay offers. I have never used one and would like to learn how. If I could get some advice for which processer for the descriptions for listings is the best that would be really helpful.
I have seen a lot of sellers have their whole store in just the description plus shipping policies and other useful information.
Thank you for the advice and help

Sorry but the title doesn't say it all to me either as I'm not really sure what you mean by a processor for descriptions.
As a general rule, there is no need to put shipping policies, return policies etc into the description field as those are all separate fields that buyers can see on your listings. Too many 'policies' in a listing can easily turn people off.
I realize that you are not asking for a critique on your listings and don't mean to offend you but I find it difficult to read your current descriptions. It would probably be easier to read if it was all on the left rather than centered. I'm curious about the Sold as Seen....View Photo for Details as there are no pictures on those listings.

Afraid your title doesn't say it all to me. Would you care to elaborate on what it is that you're asking about?

You want a store within a store? A template? Try auctiva, or maybe there's one advertising in 3rd party apps? Another way is look around the site and find a page you like. It may even indicate who designed it. I'm not even sure if ebay allows those anymore though.

Do you mean a word processor?
Those fancy listings aren’t created in a word processor and copy pasted into eBay’s listing tool, they are either created by hand using code, or put in a template purchased or provided by a third party listing tool.

Or the code can be written by yourself if you have the skills to do it. Perhaps the OP is looking for someone with the programing skills to write the code for them.

I process my own descriptions, you can't get any cheaper then that?
There are sites you can use to help list your items, but they charge you and you have to enter the same information as you would here.

OP has a lot of similar items in stock - I'm wondering if he's looking for something like a file exchange or a templates file.
ETA: H'ep us out, OP, we're curious now.

Perhaps the OP took 'I don't know' for an answer from the first few requests for more info, and moved on.

Maybe that guy from Iran who wanted to list himself can code for someone remotely?

We just asked for clarification, as the title really was very unclear. But, yeah, some people do seagull.
