I'm trying to sell my Mac Pro, but no one is even watching it.
Is my description just not good enough, the title or my pictures?
I'm really new to selling on eBay so sorry if this is a dumb question

Listing looks good and price is in range. Others have sold so it may just be a matter of time.

Assuming you're a new seller, your item page looks excellent. Really, very good.
I don't know why it won't sell. If priced well, it might be your low feedback. Which you can't do much about. Buyers might think you're scammer.
eBay sets certain metrics for search visibility. It might just not be your time yet. I'd let it sit for a couple weeks. How long has it been up?

I've had it up for about 3 days, perhaps I'm just being impatient ?

There are a couple of somewhat similar models selling at auction and ending in the next day or so. See how those auctions go -- if the total price including shipping winds up being less than $200, then your starting price may be too high for the market. I would not expect to see many bids on your listing as long as there are other auctions ending sooner where bidding plus shipping is still under the $200 total.

Your feedback score of (1) as a seller may play a part?

I search by sold and you can see that actually many do sell via auctions, but prices vary from 100-$300. If you really want to unload it start with like a 19.99 price and no reserve or offer in a BIN for less than your current opening bid. I do think your short history will dissuade some so you need to compete strongly on price.
