I use a very simplistic html for my auction listings with just a couple things I really need to have in order to get it "right":
1. a simple background colour (no bordewrs,frames,etc...just a background colour
2. a simple inactive banner centered on top of my listing - I can get the banner added but it NEVER stays centered
3. A centered title below the banner for the specific auction item - again, NEVER stays centered
I was rather good at html a few years ago but Ill admit since the advent of style sheets, im a bit lost, so I cant even figure out what im screwing up.
Could use a hand or a very brief snippet that would at least give me centering and my background colour.
heres a sample of my old auction that used to work fine (admittedly after a little bit of butchering trying to make it work) - and in a wysiwyg editor online it does seem to work, but in ebay...nope
