How do we deal with digital trading cards? I know some people that do the digital cards as a full time business but eBay doesn't have an option for them. We need to be able to list the conditions as digital since the cards are always perfect and it isn't possible to get them graded. We also need a way to mark them as shipped and not be penalized for not being able to upload shipping tracking info and having the postage scans confirming shipment. Who do we contact to start getting this issue fixed? Similar issue for digital movies and other digital items that are delivered by email or other digital means. We need an option for shipping that covers today's other delivery methods.

I suggest reading eBay's digital goods policy, especially for the movie codes you referenced.

As for trading cards, if it's impacting your TRS status since you sell mostly hard goods, the suggestion is the same that we'd provide to anybody shipping untracked items: create a separate account for those products. The other account will not get higher than Above Standard, and your current account can maintain TRS and not worry about a lack of tracking for a handful of products.

Digital delivered items are a policy violation. You must be approved and most are not. They are not tangible and no tracking can be provided which eBay prefers us to do as sellers. Read the link that @wastingtime101 provided for more info. Looks like you are already displaying selling behavior that is prohibited. Please be careful as you can lose your account selling in this fashion.

Digital trading cards are one of the exceptions that don't need approval @ckimodog so OP is fine to sell them as long as they're not violating any terms of the company that produces them.

Generally speaking, electronically delivered goods are not a policy violation. They have to be listed in a specific category, cannot offer local pickup, etc. You can read more at the link above.
