Need Help on How to Find Something

Does someone know how to look up a member's feedback by just user name. 

Before on the old message board the members feedback number was listed next to the users name.  You could click on the number and it brought up their feedback. 

On the new message system its no longer there.

From the member message page, open the message, then click on the member's photo icon (if there is one) to bring up the user's profile page. That may not work for all users, though.

Type their name after the forward slash as in this example using your name

ebay.com/usr/thelongball

I click to my feedback. 

in the url I remove my name after the / and enter the name that I want to see, and hit enter

Go to Google or your browser where it says Search or type URL.

Then enter ebay.com/usr/  and after the forward slash type in their user name, and hit send. That takes you to their profile.

As an example, my profile url is ebay.com/usr/fab_finds4u   yours is found at ebay.com/url/thelongball

In addition to the URL method that others have shown you, the copy of the member's message that is sent to your off-eBay email account is still in the old message format, so you can click on their feedback number there to be taken straight to their feedback page.

Can eBay make anything harder?  Well, yes they can...

So the better answer here is to do more process to attain information which use to be very easy to acquire.  Most on this board and all in eBay have no sense of what time is in business,  ITS MONEY.  I have 5 people doing eBay in various capacities.  This new dumb A__ system is costing one man hour per person a day in wasted productivity time.  That equates to $3000+ loss of revenue wasting time on something that was working.  There be those as there always is saying people like myself just do not have ability to change.  Not true.  We are business people knowing when something is costing us money when it just should not.
