I need help in retrieving the complete listing for an item I sold back in June of this year. I am unable to bring up that information. I have searched by item number and description but nothing comes up in advanced search. Thanks.

If you go to your sold items list in seller hub you will notice that eBay defaults to a 90 day search period. June us beyond that 90 days. HOWEVER if you click the down arrow in the "Period" box a drop down will appear with options for longer time periods. Choose the appropriate one and you should be able to find it.

I can retreive the item and listing number, but the complete listing (description and so forth) does not come up. I believe that eBay no longer archives information beyond a 90-day period. Someone please correct me, if I am mistaken on this. Thanks.
