I've been away from eBay for a few months due to family issues. I managed to create a listing on the new format, but can't find the prompt for the "time" to start my listing; it just shows when I created it. Can someone direct me to this area? Thanks for your help.

You need to activate the option before you can use it. See this thread and study the steps outlined there:

Hope you were able to find the popup that has that setting. This new listing tool is definitely a challenge to use. If you are using a phone to list then it should be all right as you get familiar with it moving forward but if you use a desktop you will find that it takes 4x longer to list anything and is nothing but a frustration to use because of the mobile app design. it just does not work on a desktop computer- if that is your case as well please reach out o ebay in any and all ways possible to leave feedback- this new tool in crippling small business owner's ability to list and its only a matter of time before the great product choice on ebay dries up.

I can't keep up with all the changes on eBay. Just when I learn how to do something new, they come up with another major change. Don't understand why they keep "fixing" things that aren't broke.

I have an idea eBay.... Let's give the buyers the same unified buying experience.... Make them go through 15 different popups too complete a sale.... See how that works lol
