Need Help Removing a Listing

My UID finally got closed. A message was sent to me telling me I could relist the item by pressing a button, which I did.  In reviewing my active listings, it is now listed twice, with a message underneath saying it wasn't currently visible but would become visible once the other listing received a bid.  I tried to delete it, but ebay won't let me, messaging that you can't delete an active auction.  I know that's not true, I've done it before, but it's not allowing me to now.  It still has 6 days to go, so it's not within the last 12 hours.  How can I remove it?

Select the listing by checking the box beside it, then select "end" from the choice at the top of the column. ~~C~~

Also remember if an auction has bids on it, you need to cancel each bid first before ending it.

That's what I have been trying to do.  I get this:
