As a seller from Portugal, selling on ebay.com where most of my buyers come from, it seems my items (at least the "Buy It Now" ones) don't have very much visibility, and my sales mostly come from my returning customers. I have nothing to complain regarding that though as I have a 2.1% convertion rate which isn't that bad, I think.
Still, I'd like to hear some suggestions on improving my listings/store in order to have it reach a wider audience.
Also, it seems that most of the top results come as auctions and free returns/free shipping. Is this true that these metrics put listings with higher placement on search?
