Need Help Identifying a Pin

This looks like some sort of fraternity pin to me, but I can't find any reference to it at all. Checked with the Order of the Owls as an obvious one, but couldn't find anything like it.

I'd appreciate any help that can be provided.

It is not a fraternity pin or the pin of any fraternal or service organization.  It's just a cute piece of costume jewellery, like all these and hundreds more of the same popular motif:
