Need FAST help if possible.

Today I had a buyer make/accept offers on 7 items (YAY) and wrote to ask me for combined shipping.  I went to my unpaid orders screen, selected those items and clicked 'Create invoice' at the top of the screen.  It went to a very straightforward-looking page where it showed the combined price of the items, and a separate line for the total of their shipping ($37.25) -with an easy discount-taking feature, so I took off $30, to make the combined shipping only $7.25, and I sent it.  

Now there's an angry message from her, saying she's not paying me $37.25 for shipping.  So I'm trying to find out if that discount didn't work somehow, but now on my orders screen, this IS a combined order, says it was invoiced.

But when I click View Order Details ...... all it shows is the combined item prices, no shipping, tax or anything!   Is there any other way to see what she sees and fix it?

No more than 10 minutes after I made this post, my phone made the most hilarious stuttered "CHING-CH-CH-CH-CH-CH-CHING!"  sound (7 items paid for).    Apparently she found where it showed the discount ..... gotta say, I would be apologizing profusely if I was in her shoes, after that angry message.  But ... we just put our heads down and be grateful for sales I guess.  😆

What I'm really irked by is how I couldn't find any proof (for her OR me) that I successfully applied the discount, BEFORE she took another look and paid.  I was kind of panicking, thinking she thought I was trying to scam her, and might just tell me to cancel the whole order.  I don't understand why that whole section was BLANK while waiting for payment! 

Anyway, I'll mark this 'answered' so people don't think I'm still in emergency mode.

Is there any chance she is seeing a cached page? Did she get the invoice?  I might try sending a second invoice in case something got hung up. Worse case let her know you will send her a $30 refund if something screwy is going on with eBay and you can't get it to work.

Received this while packing the order.  Faith in humanity restored!  I'm also reassured by her feedback left for others -she writes glowing, detailed ones (for each item, even in multi-item purchases) so hopefully she'll find these SEVEN pieces worthy of such praise.  😀
