NOT showing estimated delivery time period for my sold items

Hello there,

In my last two orders I was unable to view estimated delivery time period and handling time period(I mean dates) for my sold items in the seller hub.

Does anyone experience this problem?

I just came back from looking at my Orders > Sold & Shipped

I see that 3 have already been delivered and the other one is out for delivery.  When I click on Order details, I do see

Shipped on Oct 5

You successfully shipped your order.

Estimated delivery date shown to buyer:Oct 9, 2020 - Oct 10, 2020

That is what is shown for the item that is now Out for Delivery.

Sellers hub will show the same thing that your listings show.  For shipping to the US the 'service' you show as using is 'economy shipping from China/Hong Kong/Taiwan' and that service does not show an estimated delivery date on those listings.     Are you actually shipping from one of those 3 places? You might be better off using 'economy shipping from outside of the US'.

For other locations you show 'economy international shipping'.  That 'service' gives an estimated delivery to some countries but not to all of them.

If you want to see what your listings show to buyers, go to one of your listings just as a buyer would, scroll down and click on shipping. Change the location to another country and then click on see rates.
