Scammers will try to get you to take the sale off of eBay, or get your personal information so they can send you a fake payment email, hoping you are too new and naive to verify that you have actually been paid. No LEGITIMATE buyer needs that information.
Here are some red flags to watch out for.
1. Buyer asks for your email address, Paypal address
2. Buyer sends you a phone number to text/call him/her
3. Buyer asks you to buy gift cards to go with the order
4. Buyer asks you to send the item to a different address after paying
5. Buyer wants you to send the item overnight/express and will pay you a lot extra to do this
6. Buyers says that they cannot pay through the eBay website and sends you a link to click on so that the payment will go through
7. Buyer offers more for your item than the price you have it listed for
If ANY of the above happen, do not contact the buyer or respond to any messages from them. Block them here: https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock This will prevent them from buying from you.
If they actually purchased, won an auction, or you accepted an offer, after four full days do an unpaid item cancellation. You can do that here: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/cancelling-transaction?id=4136 Once you do that you can relist.

Do not communicate outside of ebay, they are setting you up for a scam. Make sure all purchases and payments come through ebay.

Anyone buyer that asks you to contact them "off EBAY" this is a scam. You should "block them" and not communicate with them. There are many different types of scammers who target "new sellers" or anyone selling "high value" items. If you get scammed you will NOT be protected.

The OP's listings are hardly "high value".
If they truly wanted 100 pcs they could just get them off alibaba cheaper.

Keep it on eBay and stay safe!
Do not text, email, or use any app outside of the eBay app to discuss.
Please read this link:
"Scammers will try to reach you where you least expect it, including by phone, email, or text message. Be suspicious of any unusual request for your personal or financial information. Don’t click on links that come from people you don’t know, and don’t respond. It’s safest just to delete these messages. "

This is most likely a scam. You are selling items that are on the high scam list. Are those ear buds you are selling actually located with you in Sri Lanka or somewhere else? If it's somewhere else you need to post the actual location. Item location misrepresentation can get you into some trouble as a seller. As others have replied, block this person and move on. https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock
Happy Selling!

What is going on with your feedback as a seller. The first one you ever got makes no sense for legitimate feedback on a dropshipper, then 11 in a row from the same brand new account, seemingly 1 for each item in your store.
None of that fake feedback is going to help when the claims on the dropshipped items start coming in.

The listings say they're shipping from "Greater China". You decide.

Looking again, all their feedback is fake. Even the ones that seem legit at first glance were purchasing items that take a month to ship and then leaving positive feedback on those items immediately.
