NEED Buyers email for USPS claim

Have something that showed up broken.  The USPS is requiring email address of the buyer & telephone.  We used to be able to get it on paypal when you clicked on the process refund button, but it is gone.  How can we obtain it to finish the claim with USPS.

I see both on the order detail page on ebay.........  I think the email disappears after 30 days(?)......
