I see that one of my recent sales is to a NARU. Ebay allowed me to send an invoice. Can I /should I cancel and relist? or wait 4 days?

If the account is NARU I'd relist right away but wait 4 days to cxl for non payment.

To my surprise it was just paid for. I guess I don't understand how NARU works.
