Mystery bags -- good for the seller (maybe) and bad for the buyer unless . . .

a SNAD is filed to get their money back.

Let me explain -- been looking daily at one seller that gets away with selling junk.  The listing look so promising until you look at the sea of red.  The false positives from buyers alone would make me hit the back button.

When does eBay decide to stop a seller?  Plus, over the past few weeks most negatives went away on a regular basis.

I wouldn't dream of selling anything that is mystery and I understand that it is against the rules to do so.  Guess I just don't understand a lot about this seller and their actions.   In my opinion, the actions of the bad sellers makes all good sellers look bad in the eyes trusting buyers.

It's hard enough to make sales these days and sellers like this coin(s) seller doesn't help!  At least they don't have any listings up for sale now and I'm sure there are thousands more that just haven't gotten caught yet!  Ok -- back to work!!

Latest count = 33 Neutrals / 30 Negatives.  Yesterday evening the counts were 24 Neutrals / 15 Negatives.  I have also noticed that there have not been any Negatives deleted in the last 3 days or so.  (This is the same seller that has been discussed here before the thread was closed down and it wouldn't surprise me if this one gets shut down as well.)

Seller since 09/20/01 ~~ this is my posting ID.

The seller will not get penalized until they are reported to eBay. Ebay relies on member reports to take action.
