I have tried to close my store, and it seems as it has been closed but its twice now that I am getting billed for a store that I have closed. I remember on clicking on the end subscription button, and it doesn't show anymore. so I don't get how I still have a one. please help. this is very frustrating.

If you enrolled in "yearly subscription" (you have to pay penalty to ending store early).

as the other ebayer has mentioned unless you are on a month to month this will happen
I enrolled my son in a yearly store subscription when he was selling
he stopped after 9 months and the unpaid monthly fees were send to a collector
the debt collector wanted the $40 and I told my son you need to pay it

You still have a store showing, so as above you will have to pay out the contracted term

When did you close it? When you cancel a store subscription, the change takes effect on the first day of the following calendar month. So if you tried to close during October, it will be gone on November 1.
