My store showing zero items

My ebay id is Fashion_India and store name is Fashion_India_4u. Though I have 85 items listed in the eBay.com store,  but when the store symbol (beside my user id) is clicked, it shows zero items listed. Also the store URL (ebay.com/str/Fashion_India_4u) is showing zero items. Can you suggest where is the fault? Thanks and regards.

I see your items in your store and when I click on see other items when I use a US or Canada location.  But I can't see them anywhere when I specify that I am searching from India. Normally when someone from another country can't see their own items it is because they don't have shipping specified to their country. But when I search from other countries that you don't ship to such as Kenya, I still see your items so I think that this is an ebay caused problem. 

If you change your location as if you were searching from the US, you will see your listings.

I haven't heard from other sellers from India with this problem in quite a while so I thought the problem had been fixed but is this just starting to happen again?

I saw 85 Results. When I checked a few of your listings, they do not offer shipping to India.   So the absence in your own search results might be due to your location.

That would be the case if they had used 'block buyers with a shipping address in countries that I don't ship to" but they haven't used any blocks so other countries that they don't ship are still showing up but with 'shipping not specified'.

I too am in the US, and I see 85 items. Beautiful dresses, great prices.  But I see shipping only to the US and Europe with the location being India - as the others are seeing. It looks like you are not shipping to your country, so someone in India (like yourself) may not be able to view the items.  Others figured that  out, and I have to agree hat is a plausible reason. 

I wish you well. ... By the way - I placed a few on my watch list... Since you don't have American sizes posted, I'll have to figure out what the measurements equate to before I buy them...

Hi @pjcdn2005, domestic transactions are not currently supported for India buyers. This means that if the seller and buyer are both located in India then the items will not be visible in search / eBay Store. Because of this, if the sellers buying shipping address is an India address then they may not see their listings when viewing their Store. I am able to see the sellers listings on the site when I have a US shipping location set. If I change my buying shipping location to India then I no longer see items in the Store.

The same issue as come up a number of times for sellers in India but this is the first time I’ve heard a specific answer🙂
