Hey all,
So I noticed a lot of sellers are complaining about not getting even half the amount of sales they used to. I used to be in the same boat & was even considering taking all my inventory down & finding something else to do with my life.
But then I noticed that when I log on every single day & add at least 2-3 items every day I sell at least a couple items a day. When I'm not logged on & listing new items daily I don't sell anything sometimes for weeks, until I start working on some new items again.
So now, instead of coming home & listing all the items I've purchased to resell at one time, I try to do just a couple a day. Sometimes I do up to 5-6 new items a day, just depending on how many I have or how soon I plan on going out for more. Since I've started doing it this way I have had more sales than I've had in the past. I'm not sure why or if any of you know why this is the case but I think I'm going to stick with it since it seems to work!
& I guess I should add that most of the sales I'm making aren't even the new items I just listed. Some of them are items that I've had listed for almost a year or more.

Interesting ... there are 2 IDs here selling similar items and each ID getting new items at the same time and being listed at about the same time each week ... the newer of the two IDs is virtually flatlined with a 67% drop in sales over the last 4 months and Views and Watcher activity almost non-existant ... no explanation, that's for sure. With the end of the month and end of the quarter looming large it has shown a glimmer of activity ... but a glimmer is not a big bright flashing and repeating SOLD light, thats for sure.

Yes, I've always felt that I sell more when I list more and what sells is not necessarily the stuff I've listed.
