My shipping payment default account changed after the outage on 11/10/2021, any one else?

I could not ship on Wednesday evening because of the outage.  So yesterday when I shipped I thought everything was back to normal.  But It was not.  The account was set to pay for shipping out of with pending payouts.  But when the site came back up it defaulted to my Saved Paypal account.  Do this happen to anyone else?

Well, I haven't had a sale since the outage, but the change doesn't surprise me... eBay sure keeps us on our toes!
